Payment Options

To accept key payment options with KontoCloud, review the list of supported payment methods below. Confirm with your Key Account Manager which options will be available in production for your integration. During the integration phase, the Product Solution Specialist will enable these options.

Credit Cards

KontoCloud includes VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as accepted card payment types.

Debit Cards

As part of KontoCloud online payment processing, VISA Debit, Maestro and Carte Bancaire are supported.

SEPA Direct Debit

KontoCloud supports SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) Direct Debits, facilitating the processing via this standardized payment infrastructure within the EU, processing of both one-off and recurring payments for EU customers. Navigate to the SEPA page for more details.
